Pricing

The price is on the page.

You can read it before you talk to anybody, and quote it back at renewal.

How the bill works

Every price on this page is per location, per month, flat. No per-minute rate, no per-order fee, no surcharge for a busy Friday.

Plans

One venue

A$199

per venue, per month

About A$6.60 a day

One location, one workflow, a phone that never rings out.

  • One workflow, built and tested on your own call recordings
  • Unlimited calls. A hammered Saturday costs what a dead Tuesday costs
  • Your number stays yours, forwarded or ported
  • Writes into one POS or one diary
  • Transcript, recording, outcome and cost on every call
  • Handover to a person on request, at any point

Group

Most venues

A$790

per month, up to five venues

About A$5.30 a venue, a day

Every workflow across every location, in one view.

  • All six workflows, live at every location
  • Menus, hours and answers maintained once, used everywhere
  • Outbound win back and follow up, with cost per booking reported
  • Multiple POS, diary and PMS connections across the group
  • Per-venue and whole-group reporting side by side
  • Venues beyond five at the per-venue rate

Platform

Talk to us

self-hosted, priced per estate

Your infrastructure, your provider keys, nothing in the middle.

  • Runs on your own servers
  • Your own model, voice and telephony keys. You see the real bill
  • Unlimited locations, workflows and calls
  • Call audio and guest data never leave your infrastructure
  • Workflow build and support quoted separately

Month to month on every tier. Call forwarding can be undone in minutes, and you leave with your transcripts, your recordings and your bookings.

What you are agreeing to

Four commitments that have to survive month nine.

Flat, never per minute

A bill that spikes on your best night is a bad product. You pay the same in December as you do in February.

A busy Friday is free

No volume surcharge, no per-order fee, no clip on a booking. Eleven calls landing at once costs exactly what one call costs.

No lock-in

Month to month. Call forwarding can be undone in minutes, and you leave with your transcripts, your recordings and your bookings.

You own the phone number

Mesa does not sell numbers or minutes. The carrier account and the number stay yours, and porting away is a form.

Pricing questions

Answered here rather than on a call.

Why publish a price at all?

Because most of this category hides it until you have sat through a call. A price that only exists after a discovery call is set by what you seemed able to pay.

What is not included?

Model, voice and telephony usage, paid to your own providers on your own keys. We do not mark it up or resell it. A POS vendor's certification fee is theirs, and we quote it separately.

What happens when we open another venue?

At the per-venue rate, prorated from the day it goes live. Menus, hours and answers carry across, so venue four takes an afternoon.

Is there a setup fee?

For a standard build on a POS or diary we connect to directly, no. Where a certification gate sits in front, which Toast, Lightspeed, Revel and Oracle OPERA all have, that work is quoted separately before you sign.

Work out what the missed calls cost first.

The calculator on the homepage runs in your browser, takes four inputs and no email address. If the number it gives you is smaller than the price above, say so on the demo and we will tell you not to buy.
